Sézane proposes four main collections each year which are completed each month with new products or "capsule collections".

We try our very best to restock pieces from the main collections and the capsules whenever possible.

You’ve bought one or more item from us - Well done!
To help you to care for these items, please read all our advice: shoes, silk, goat suede, nubuck, knitted fabrics, heritage leather!

DELIVERY

In Europe

On the day following the uploading of a new collection, it may take up to 10 days to prepare all parcels. 

DELIVERY TO A PICK-UP POINT - 7€ (Available in France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Portugal) 
For UK: £6
Allow 5 to 10 working days

STANDARD DELIVERY - From 8€ (Available in France, Belgium and Germany) to 10€ (Available in to the rest of Europe) 
For UK: £8
Allow 5 to 10 working days

EXPRESS DELIVERY - 12€ (Available in Belgium, Germany, Rest of Europe)
For UK: £9
Allow 5 to 10 working days

Additional taxes may be applied by the customs services in non-European countries, these charges are payable by the customer. More information in our Terms and Conditions.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our instructions

1 - Announce
For a faster refund you can register your request for a return on our site, under ‘MY ACCOUNT / MY RETURNS‘. 

2 - Send
Follow these instructions, depending on your country :

-Stick the return label provided onto your parcel, then drop off the parcel at the nearest post office*
Or
-Send back the parcel using the return method of your choice at the following address** :

*Returns from France, UK, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Portugal.
