As we try to improve to our customers the best experience in our digital and physical shops, Sézane could bring this information together with other information we might receive from our physical shops and other third parties, such as our trusted business partners and social media platforms.


The information Sézane collects may include:

Contact information, including first name, last name, email address, telephone number, and shipping and billing addresses.
Credit card or other payment information. Sézane does not save or operate a treatment with this payment information, which is directly transferred to our payment provider, Paypal or Adyen.
Purchase and return information and history, including the products and price of the products ordered/returned, type of orders (physical store/e-shop).
Account or member program information, including login and password, account settings, optional information inserted by the customers in their accounts (size, age etc.).

Automatically or passively collected browsing information, and type of device, using to navigate in Sézane website or mobile app. Browsing information is linked to an IP address or another numerical identifier assigned and saved to the browser or device.
Approximate location associated with IP address, geolocation if the user has enabled location-based services using a platform such as Sézane mobile app or for the shipment in a collection point.
Information on the actions the customer takes in response to Sézane marketing emails, including the opening/removal of the email, clicking to a link, purchase a product promoted in the email in our website.

Sézane may share customers information with some of its trusted business partners who help us operate our website, apps or other services. Sézane checks that those business partners are compliant with applicable laws, especially personal data regulations.

Fulfilment, shipment and logistics providers, to fulfil, track and deliver orders and returns.
Service providers that provide the services for Sézane website, mobile app, and their features and services, helping to maintain and improve those technologies and customers experiences.

Personal data can be updated or removed in customers Sézane account in Sézane website. Please note that some Personal Data are mandatory for Sézane in order to fulfil purchases or returns, or by law.
Customers who would like to stop receiving marketing communications from Sézane on behalf of any of our brands in the future from that brand, can opt-out in their Sézane account, and/or by clicking unsubscribe link in marketing emails.

Sézane is a French-based company. As such, Information collected in the United States can be transferred to and used in France by Sézane’s employees and providers.
