You have fifteen days from when you receive your order to return your purchases for a refund if you’re not happy. To start the return process, you must first register your request for a return on our site, under ‘MY ACCOUNT / MY RETURNS‘ before mailing the package back.
The items must then be returned in their original condition and packaging, labels must still be attached.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another colour, just place a new order in our online shop.
In the US we do not currently accept online orders as returns in store.
Please note that if you were subject to a customs fee, we are unable to refund this fee for your order.

Please note that we only allow one prepaid return per order.
1 - Register
For your refund to be processed, please register your request for a return on our site, under ‘MY ACCOUNT / MY RETURNS‘ before mailing the package back.
Sign in to your account and go to My Returns
, select the order number containing the items you would like to return.
Click on the "Process a Return"
button and choose the reason for return.
2 - Prepare
- From the US
: Stick the UPS label on the parcel.
- From the rest of the world
: send back the parcel using the return method of your choice to the following address:

For countries with customs, make sure to add the invoice of the order to the return label. It must be visible on the outside of the package.
3 - Send
Attach the return label to your parcel and take it to the nearest UPS store (https://www.ups.com/dropoff
Please also make sure to keep your proof of postage/tracking number for your own insurance.
