• You have fifteen days from when you receive your order to return your purchases for a refund if you’re not happy. To start the return process, you must first register your request for a return on our site, under ‘MY ACCOUNT / MY RETURNS‘ before mailing the package back. 
    The items must then be returned in their original condition and packaging, labels must still be attached.
    Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 

    We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another colour, just place a new order in our online shop.

    In the US we do not currently accept online orders as returns in store.

    Please note that if you were subject to a customs fee, we are unable to refund this fee for your order.

    Please note that we only allow one prepaid return per order. 

    1 - Register
    For your refund to be processed, please register your request for a return on our site, under ‘MY ACCOUNT / MY RETURNS‘ before mailing the package back. 
    Sign in to your account and go to  My Returns, select the order number containing the items you would like to return.
    Click on the "Process a Return" button and choose the reason for return.

    2 - Prepare
    - From the US: Stick the UPS label on the parcel.
    - From the rest of the world: send back the parcel using the return method of your choice to the following address:

    77610 Châtres

    For countries with customs, make sure to add the invoice of the order to the return label. It must be visible on the outside of the package. 

    3 - Send
    Attach the return label to your parcel and take it to the nearest UPS store (https://www.ups.com/dropoff)
    Please also make sure to keep your proof of postage/tracking number for your own insurance.
  • We don’t offer an exchange service through our website sezane.com. To order a new size, style or colour of your chosen item, you just have to place a new order through our online shop.
  • If your package doesn’t contain a return label, you can download one online at your ‘My Account/My Returns’ page:
    - Click ‘Make a return request’
    - Select the relevant option
    - Select ‘I am using my return label’
    - Select which products you would like to return to us
    - Choose whether you would prefer to receive a refund or a credit note.
    - Once you reach the return request confirmation page, you can then     click the ‘Download my return receipt’ option.

    Should you have any difficulties, try using Chrome or Firefox to download your receipt! If this doesn’t work, contact us at bonjour@sezane.com - we’re here to help!
  • You will receive an email letting you know when the refund has been made. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for our studio to process your return package.

    Please be aware that any orders purchased with online gift cards or credit notes will automatically be refunded as a credit note.
  • We have but one obsession: to offer you the most beautiful creations there are! If, despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact our Customer Service department at bonjour@sezane.com

    Don’t forget to send a picture of the item and defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible!
  • You can follow the progress of your return online on the ‘My Account/My Returns’ page. You will find the following information:
    - The order reference number
    - The date on which the return request for the item was made
    - The chosen return method
    - The return package tracking number
    - The progress of the return process: pending or completed
  • A second life for your cardboard boxes

    When you order from our site, you’ll receive a fully recyclable, cardboard delivery box.
    Here are some ideas to give your box a second life:

    By sending us your old clothes, or depositing them at the Conciergerie, you will receive 10% reduction on any purchase made at the Charity Boutique. We will donate the items to Emmaus, a charity which ensures that people in need have access to clothing, or they will be recycled by the charity Le Relais.

    And of course, you can also express your creativity in a thousand other ways by turning them into everyday objects. Cover the cardboard with a nice fabric (you'll find a great selection at Liberty) and it can be used for storage. If you have children, give their imagine free rein by transforming it into castle, hut, robot ...
