  • Sézane ships (almost) everywhere in the World!

  • Any orders you have made within in a period of 12 hours will be grouped together – on condition that you have chosen the same delivery method and shipping address. When your orders are grouped together, you will only pay the shipping costs for the single package – you will be automatically refunded the shipping costs of each separate item that is grouped in with your first order.

  • You have fifteen days from when you receive your order to return your purchases for a refund, if you’re not happy. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 

    We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another colour, just place a new order in our online shop.

    Please note that in the US we do not currently accept online orders as returns in store.

    1 - Announce
    For a faster refund you can register your request for a return on our site, under ‘MY ACCOUNT / MY RETURNS‘. Sign into your account and under My Returns, select the order number containing the items you would like to return. Click on the "Process a Return" button and choose the reason for return.

    2 - Prepare
    - From the US: Stick the UPS label on the parcel.
    - From the rest of the world: send back the parcel using the return method of your choice to the following address:

    Attach the return label to your parcel and take it to the nearest UPS store (

    However, items in our shops cannot be reserved, so you’ll have to visit us in person to purchase them. Our teams will be delighted to welcome you!

  • You can check your online gift card balance on the ‘My Account/Online Gift Card’ page.

    If you have paid for an order that is lesser than the value of the balance on your online gift card/credit note, the difference will be automatically credited back to either within one hour.

    If you have paid for an order with a physical gift card with a balance greater than the total value of the purchase, please contact our Customer Service department at, who will be able to credit the difference to your gift card.
